  • Candidate/Intern:The individual applying for or being hired through the Young Talent Program.
  • Program: The Young Talent Program offered by Sankalpsutra Tech LLP, which connects clients with young professionals and interns.

Program Participation

  • Eligibility: Clients must provide accurate business details and ensure that the positions offered are legitimate and align with the skills and career goals of the candidates.
  • Candidate Selection: Sankalpsutra Tech LLP will present suitable candidates based on the job requirements provided by the client. Final selection is at the discretion of the client, but Sankalpsutra Tech LLP will facilitate the process.
  • Remote Work Options: Clients must clearly state whether remote work opportunities are available, especially for women, disabled individuals, or other groups needing flexible arrangements.

Hiring Process

  • Application and Screening: Candidates apply through Sankalpsutra Tech LLP’s platform. Our team will screen applicants and present a shortlist to the client.
  • Interviews: Clients are responsible for conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates, with support from Sankalpsutra Tech LLP as needed.
  • Onboarding: Once a candidate is selected, the client will proceed with their onboarding process. Sankalpsutra Tech LLP will provide support to ensure a smooth transition.

Client Responsibilities

  • Ownership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website and related to our services are owned by Sankalpsutra Tech LLP or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Fees and Payment

  • Job Description: Clients must provide a clear and accurate job description, including roles, responsibilities, required qualifications, and compensation details.
  • Fair Treatment: Clients must ensure that all candidates are treated fairly and equally during the hiring process, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Confidentiality: Clients must maintain the confidentiality of candidate information and not disclose it to third parties without the candidate’s consent.

Payment Terms

  • Fees: Clients may be subject to fees for using the Young Talent Program, as agreed upon in a separate contract. These fees are non-refundable once the candidate is successfully hired.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in the contract, and clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule.

Compliance with Laws

Clients must comply with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment standards in their jurisdiction, including those related to internships and remote work.

Termination of Agreement

  • By the Client: The client may terminate the agreement with Sankalpsutra Tech LLP at any time, provided that all outstanding fees are paid.
  • By Sankalpsutra Tech LLP: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches these terms and conditions, engages in unlawful practices, or fails to make timely payments.

Limitation of Liability

Sankalpsutra Tech LLP will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the hiring process, including but not limited to the performance of the hired candidate, except as required by law.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sankalpsutra Tech LLP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s breach of these terms or from any employment-related disputes between the client and the candidate.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the hiring process. This includes candidate information, business strategies, and any other sensitive data.

Governing Law
